3. Product images, stock photos & bonus content
Unless otherwise stated:
All product images are stock photos.
Used games, consoles, and accessories may not include bonus items shown in stock photos (e.g., manuals, inserts, maps, posters, soundtrack discs, codes, extra content).
Bonus content is included only if explicitly mentioned in the product title or description.
Missing bonus items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Customers may request actual photos before purchasing certain used items.
Game versions & variants
Stock photos may show original “Black Label” or launch-version artwork. However, customers may receive any legitimate variant, including:
- Greatest Hits
- Player’s Choice
- Platinum Hits
- Not for Resale editions
If you require a specific version, you must contact us before purchasing.
Returns are not accepted for receiving a different legitimate variant.
4. Regional compatibility
All video games sold by Noggy Games are North American NTSC-U/C unless noted otherwise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their console.
Other products are intended for the North American market and typically include North American English packaging.
5. Shipping
By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy. Key terms include:
Noggy Games does not ship to PO Boxes, forwarding addresses, or remote locations.
A signature may be required at our discretion.
Once marked delivered by the courier, Noggy Games is not responsible for stolen, lost, or misplaced items.
Orders are shipped in full; pre-order items may delay shipment.
All items ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order is cancelled after being returned to us due to an address issue.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Key terms include:
No returns on sealed TCG product, sports cards, or card singles.
If a sealed item has been opened or unwrapped, it is no longer eligible for return.
Used items missing bonus content are not eligible for return.
Returns may only be accepted for incorrect shipments or damage caused during shipping, with photo evidence provided within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Pricing, market fluctuations & availability
Due to rapidly changing market conditions:
Product prices may change at any time, including after purchase but before shipping.
Customers will be notified if a price correction is required.
Quantities are not guaranteed and may be affected by inventory errors, allocation limits, or market volatility.
Noggy Games reserves the right to adjust pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders at its discretion.
Price drops after purchase / pre-order
If the market price decreases after you place an order or pre-order:
We do not provide price adjustments or partial refunds.
You may keep or cancel the order (pre-orders may have restocking fees).
8. Pre-orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time for reasons including:
- Allocation shortages
- Supplier delays
- Inventory issues
If Noggy Games cannot supply the quantity ordered, the order or part of the order may be cancelled and refunded.
9. Purchase limits, order review & fraud prevention
Noggy Games may limit, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Multiple quantities of high-demand video games
- TCG buyouts or bulk purchasing behavior
- Pricing errors
- Suspicious or high-risk activity
- Fraud prevention measures
- Market manipulation
- Inventory discrepancies
- If Noggy Games cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund unless the cancellation is due to address errors or policy violations.
10. Order acceptance
Your order is considered an offer to purchase. Noggy Games reserves the right to:
- Accept or decline your order
- Cancel confirmed orders
- Limit product quantities
- Adjust or modify orders based on availability or risk assessment
An order is not considered final until it has shipped.
