How to start a mail-in trade
To begin, email us with:

Please include:
- A list of items you want to trade
- Clear photos showing condition
- Any accessories, cables, or packaging included
- For consoles: photos of serial numbers and the system powered on
We generally reply within 2–3 business days.
Shipping your trade-in items
Once we’ve reviewed your list and confirmed we can evaluate your items:
- Pack your items securely.
- Include your name and email inside the package.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Noggy Games.
Processing time
After your package arrives, trade evaluations may take up to 72 hours, depending on:
- Number of items
- Condition verification
- Seasonal traffic
We will contact you as soon as your evaluation is complete.
Condition verification
During review, Noggy Games may request:
- Additional photos
- Videos showing functionality
- Clarifications on accessories or defects
If items arrive in a different condition than described or shown, trade value may be adjusted accordingly.
Noggy Games reserves the right to refuse any trade.
Payment options
💰 Cash / E-transfer
E-transfers are sent within 1 business day after acceptance.
Bank processing delays may occur on weekends or holidays.
💳 Store credit
Store credit offers more value than cash.
Store credit cannot be exchanged back for cash later.
Once you choose your payout method, it cannot be changed.
If you decline our offer
If you do not accept the quoted value:
- Your items can be returned to you at your cost
- If items are not claimed within 30 days, they may be processed and you will be compensated the quoted value due to space limitations
What we accept
Noggy Games generally accepts:
- Video game software (retro & modern)
- Consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, handhelds, etc.)
- Accessories (controllers, cables, first-party peripherals)
- Collectibles & figures (Funko POP!, Nendoroid, Figma, statues, etc.)
- Video game–related merchandise (books, toys, DVDs, etc.)
For large trades, please email photos first.
What we do not accept
Items we typically cannot take include:
- PC games
- Extremely dirty, damaged, or moldy items
- Bootlegs or counterfeit products
- Used headsets, earphones, or wearable apparel
- Large quantities of identical items unless pre-approved
We maintain the right to decline any item at our discretion.
ID requirements
All trade-in customers must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued photo ID (cannot be a standalone health card).
Acceptable ID includes:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Citizenship Card
- Provincial/Territorial Photo ID
- Canadian Armed Forces ID
- Equivalent foreign IDs (e.g., foreign passport)
Additional policies
Items will not be held overnight unless arranged.
Excessive duplicates cannot be accepted (e.g., multiple copies of the same new title).
Quotes may change based on market conditions.
Items deemed counterfeit or unsafe will be rejected.
Noggy Games reserves the right to refuse any trade for any reason.
