Refund policy

All sales at Noggy Games are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued in specific circumstances outlined below and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable & final sale items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products
  • Sports card products
  • Individual card singles
  • Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or altered in any way

If a sealed item has been opened, unwrapped, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for return.

Conditions for eligible returns

A return may be accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping mishandling

Requests must include photo documentation and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Noggy Games reserves the right to request additional information or deny a return if adequate evidence is not provided.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will determine next steps, which may include a replacement or partial refund depending on availability.

Damage caused by improper use, wear-and-tear, or customer handling is not eligible for refund.

Incorrect addresses & returned packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund on shipping costs.
Customers must cover any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Cancellations

Pre-orders: May be cancelled at any time before they ship, unless otherwise noted.

In-stock orders: Cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Shipping fees for cancelled orders are non-refundable.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Noggy Games reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
