Shipping restrictions
Noggy Games does not ship to PO Boxes, forwarding addresses, or remote locations.
At our discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, Noggy Games is not responsible for stolen, lost, or misplaced items.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number or formatting errors), the customer is responsible for paying all additional shipping costs to have it resent.
If the order is later cancelled, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Order fulfillment
All orders are shipped in full once every item in the order is available.
Pre-order items may delay shipment of your entire order. If you want in-stock items sooner, please purchase them in a separate order.
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time for any reason, including insufficient allocation or inventory availability.
Returns & eligibility
Noggy Games does not accept returns on:
- Sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products
- Sports card products
- Individual card singles
These items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If a sealed item has been opened or unwrapped, it is no longer eligible for return.
Inventory & pricing
Product quantities are not guaranteed and may be affected by inventory discrepancies.
Noggy Games reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, including after purchase.
Any pricing updates will be communicated prior to shipment.
Orders may be reduced or cancelled if we cannot fulfill the requested quantity.
Purchase limits & order review
Due to market volatility in video games and trading card products, Noggy Games may limit, modify, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Orders commonly reviewed include:
- Purchases of more than one unit of the same video game
- Attempts to buy out TCG inventory
- Orders affected by obvious pricing errors
We may also edit or cancel transactions for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, high-risk activity, bulk purchases, or other unusual behaviour.
